העתקת גיליון אחד מגיליון אלקטרוני לגיליון אלקטרוני אחר. הפונקציה מחזירה את המאפיינים של הגיליון החדש שנוצר.

כתובת ה-URL משתמשת בתחביר של Transcoding של gRPC.
