추가된 계정으로 알림 이메일을 보내려면 true로 설정합니다. 알림 이메일을 보내지 않으려면 false로 설정합니다.

sendEmails가 true인 경우에만 관련이 있습니다. 이메일 메시지에 요청자를 참조로 추가하려면 true로 설정합니다. 요청자를 참조에 추가하지 않으려면 false로 설정합니다.
