지정된 사안을 업데이트합니다. 이렇게 하면 법적 사안 ID로 식별되는 법적 사안의 이름과 설명만 업데이트됩니다. 다른 필드의 변경사항은 무시됩니다. 사안의 기본 뷰를 반환합니다.
