In a `commentThread` resource, the [snippet.canReply](/youtube/v3/docs/commentThreads#snippet.canReply) property indicates whether the current viewer can reply to the thread. |\n| `badRequest (400)` | `parentCommentIsPrivate` | The specified parent comment is private. The API does not support replies to private comments. |\n| `badRequest (400)` | `parentIdMissing` | The comment that is being inserted must be linked to a parent comment. However, the `comment` resource in the body of the API request did not specify a value for the [snippet.parentId](/youtube/v3/docs/comments#snippet.parentId) property. |\n| `badRequest (400)` | `processingFailure` | The API server failed to successfully process the request. While this can be a transient error, it usually indicates that the request's input is invalid. Check the structure of the `comment` resource in the request body to ensure that it is valid. |\n| `forbidden (403)` | `forbidden` | The comment cannot be created due to insufficient permissions.
