YouTube Data API は割り当てシステムを使用して、デベロッパーがサービスを想定どおりに使用し、サービス品質を不当に低下させたり、他のユーザーのアクセスを制限したりする API クライアントを作成できないようにします。
YouTube Data API を有効にしているプロジェクトのデフォルトの割り当て量は 1 日あたり 10,000 ユニットです。これは、ほとんどの API ユーザーにとって十分な量です。割り当て使用量は、Google API Console の [割り当て ] ページで確認できます。
デフォルトの割り当てを超える割り当てをリクエストする場合は、まず監査を完了して、プロジェクトが YouTube API サービスの利用規約に準拠していることを示す必要があります。これにより、大規模なプロジェクトの想定されるユースケースを YouTube が把握し、YouTube の API サービスが不正使用のない方法で使用されていることを確認できます。YouTube のデベロッパー ポリシーへの準拠について詳しくは、 こちらのリンクをご覧ください。
監査を開始する
プロジェクトの監査を開始するには、YouTube API サービス - 監査と割り当て増加フォームに必要事項を入力して送信してください。YouTube の API サービス チームの担当者からできるだけ早くご連絡いたします。
追加の割り当て延長をリクエストする
過去 12 か月以内に API コンプライアンス監査を完了しているが、追加の割り当て延長が必要な場合は、監査済みデベロッパー リクエスト フォームに必要事項を入力して送信してください。
不承認となった監査に対して再審査を請求する
最近 API コンプライアンス監査で不合格となり、その決定に対して再審査を請求する場合は、再審査請求フォームに記入して送信してください。
定期的な監査
Google では、品質の確保、プロダクトやサービスの改善、YouTube API サービスの利用規約への準拠確認のため、定期的に監査を実施しています。定期監査の実施について Google から連絡を受けた場合は、定期監査フォームにご記入ください。
支配権の変更
YouTube の API サービスにアクセスする API プロジェクトに関連する支配権の変更（株式の売買、合併、その他の企業取引など）が発生した場合、デベロッパーまたはデベロッパーに代わって API クライアントを運営する当事者は、支配権の変更フォームに記入して送信する必要があります。
