La API de Google Ad Manager Video le permite actualizar metadatos para el contenido de video almacenado en Google Ad Manager.
La API de Google Ad Manager Video ofrece dos servicios:

El Servicio de administración de contenido de video le permite notificar a Google Ad Manager cuando se actualiza su contenido de video. En lugar de esperar la sincronización periódica que inicia Google Ad Manager, puede notificar a Google Ad Manager a través de esta API para que los metadatos actualizados estén disponibles para la segmentación de anuncios lo antes posible.
Servicio de notificación de pausas publicitarias
El servicio de notificación de pausas publicitarias permite a los publicadores notificar a Google Ad Manager sobre una próxima pausa publicitaria y sus metadatos antes de que comience.
Configuración inicial
Debido a que los publicadores deben estar habilitados para usar la API de Google Ad Manager Video, debes proporcionar tu cuenta de Google Cloud, tu cuenta de servicio y la red de Ad Manager a la que quieres acceder.

Instead of waiting for the periodic sync initiated by Google Ad Manager, you can notify Google Ad Manager through this API so that the updated metadata becomes available for ad targeting as soon as possible.\n\n### Ad Break Notification Service\n\nThe Ad Break Notification Service allows publishers to notify Google Ad Manager of an upcoming ad break and its metadata prior to the start of the ad break.\n\n### Initial setup\n\nBecause publishers must be enabled in order to use the Google Ad Manager Video API, you must provide your Google Cloud Account, service account, and the Ad Manager network that you want to access.\n\nTo start using the Google Ad Manager Video API, complete the following steps:\n\n1.
