Recupera i metadati di configurazione relativi a uno specifico elenco del segmento di pubblico ricorrente. Questo metodo può essere utilizzato per comprendere lo stato di un elenco del segmento di pubblico ricorrente dopo la sua creazione. Ad esempio, una risorsa di elenco del segmento di pubblico ricorrente genererà istanze di elenco del segmento di pubblico per ogni giorno e questo metodo può essere utilizzato per ottenere il nome della risorsa dell'istanza dell'elenco del segmento di pubblico più recente.
