Le riduzioni di prezzo si applicano alla data di fatturazione successiva dell'abbonato. Gli aumenti di prezzo vengono applicati alla successiva data di fatturazione dell'abbonato dopo un periodo di preavviso che varia in base alla regione e al tipo di aumento di prezzo. Utilizza RFC 3339, in cui l'output generato sarà sempre normalizzato in base a Z e utilizza 0, 3, 6 o 9 cifre decimali. Sono accettati anche offset diversi da "Z".
