Google과 별도의 계약을 체결하거나 Google의 서면 허가를 받지 않은 한, 사용자에게 애플리케이션 사용에 대한 요금을 청구할 수 없습니다.

콘텐츠 삭제
관련 법률에서 요구하거나 Google에서 요청하는 경우, Books API를 통해 제3자의 권리를 침해하는 것으로 의심되는 모든 콘텐츠를 사이트 또는 애플리케이션에서 삭제해야 합니다. 또한 권리 소유자가 연락하여 삭제를 요청할 때 사용할 수 있는 연락처 정보도 제공해야 합니다.
