Zasady wycofywania
Google ogłosi, czy zamierza wycofać ten interfejs API lub usługę albo wprowadzić w nich niezgodne wstecznie zmiany. Google dołoży uzasadnionych ekonomicznie starań, aby do 20 kwietnia 2015 r. nadal używać tych wersji i funkcji narzędzi Google Chart Tools oraz funkcji wymienionych na stronie http://developers.google.com/chart/chart-api-list bez wprowadzania tych zmian do 20 kwietnia 2015 roku, chyba że (zgodnie z uzasadnionym osądem Google w dobrej wierze):
- wymagane przez prawo lub relację z osobą trzecią (w tym w przypadku zmiany obowiązującego prawa lub relacji),
- może to spowodować zagrożenie dla bezpieczeństwa lub znaczne obciążenie ekonomiczne lub techniczne.
Powyższa zasada to „Zasady wycofywania”.
Po 20 kwietnia 2015 r. te zasady wycofywania nie będą obowiązywać.
