Ubah beberapa nilai kebijakan yang diterapkan ke unit organisasi tertentu sehingga nilai tersebut sekarang mewarisi nilai dari induk (jika berlaku). Semua target harus memiliki format target yang sama. Artinya, keduanya harus mengarah ke resource target yang sama dan harus memiliki kunci yang sama yang ditentukan dalam additionalTargetKeyNames, meskipun nilai untuk kunci tersebut mungkin berbeda. Jika gagal, permintaan tersebut akan menampilkan detail error sebagai bagian dari google.rpc.Status.
