Carica una nuova icona e avvia la procedura di revisione. Restituisce lo stato HTTP 400 e non attiva il processo di revisione se l'icona ha una di queste condizioni:
- L'immagine non è in formato PNG o non è convertibile in formato PNG.
- Dimensioni inferiori a 72 pixel
- Dimensioni superiori a 1200 pixel
- Proporzioni diverse da 1:1
