החל מ-14 בינואר 2021, IMA iOS SDK מאפשר להציג מודעות מוגבלות אם המשתמש לא מסכים לשימוש בקובצי Cookie, אם המשתמש מסרב להסכים לשימוש בקובצי Cookie או אם IMA לא מקבל מחרוזת נתוני שקיפות והסכמה תקפה באזורים שחלים עליהם תקנות GDPR ו-ePrivacy, אחרי תקופת החסד של שילוב IAB TCFv2.

אפשר גם להפעיל מודעות מוגבלות באופן אוטומטי באמצעות שילוב עם פלטפורמה לניהול הסכמה (CMP). התכונה הזו נתמכת בגרסה 3.11.1 של iOS SDK ובכל הגרסאות המאוחרות יותר.
