Method: accounts.products.get

从 Manufacturer Center 账号中获取商品，包括商品问题。

最近更新的商品大约需要 15 分钟才能完成处理。只有在处理完毕后，更改才会显示出来。虽然有些问题会在商品处理完毕后立即显示，但其他问题可能需要几天时间才会显示。
