Cập nhật một phần các thuộc tính của xe. Chỉ các thuộc tính được đề cập trong yêu cầu mới được cập nhật, các thuộc tính khác sẽ KHÔNG được thay đổi. Lưu ý: điều này khác với vehicles.update, nơi toàn bộ trường attributes sẽ được thay thế bằng trường trong UpdateVehicleRequest, các thuộc tính không có trong yêu cầu sẽ bị xoá.
