Ao sintetizar elementos importantes das avaliações dos usuários, como atributos do lugar e sentimento do avaliador, os resumos de avaliações fornecem insights de alto nível e ajudam os usuários a tomar decisões embasadas.
Por exemplo, um resumo de avaliações do Ferry Building em São Francisco inclui informações que vão de comida e compras a vistas e ambiente:
