启用 Analytics Hub API。
请确保您的账号具有 Analytics Hub Subscriber (roles/analyticshub.subscriber) 和 Analytics Hub Subscription Owner (roles/analyticshub.subscriptionOwner) 角色，以便在数据净室中执行订阅者任务。
确保您的账号具有 BigQuery User (roles/bigquery.user) 角色，以便创建数据集。
