The [metadata](/maps/documentation/route-optimization/reference/rest/v1/projects.locations.operations#Operation.FIELDS.metadata) field type is [OptimizeToursLongRunningMetadata](/maps/documentation/route-optimization/reference/rest/v1/OptimizeToursUriMetadata).
