Google Cloud コンソール プロジェクトで購入したすべての API が有効になっています。API にアクセスするには、Google アカウントにログインして、プロジェクト ID（Google Maps API for Business、Google Maps for Work、または Google Maps で始まります）を選択します。アカウントとプロジェクト ID はどちらもウェルカム レターに記載されています。
認証と認可
API にリクエストするには、API キーまたはクライアント ID でアプリケーションを認証する必要があります。また、特定の API のリクエストではデジタル署名も必要です。

You can generate digital signatures using the private\n*URL signing secret*, or cryptographic key, provided in your Welcome letter\n(and available in the Cloud console).
