透過 Content API for Shopping,你可以使用 merchantsupport 資源,為商家建立應用程式內診斷頁面。Merchant API 提供問題解決功能,支援相同功能。

從 Content API 遷移時,請注意服務、方法名稱和結構的變更:
- API 回應中最重大的變更,是將
AccountIssue
和 ProductIssue
物件整合成單一 RenderedIssue
物件。這樣一來,所有類型的問題都會採用一致的結構,程式碼也會變得更簡單。
- Merchant API 將
issues
欄位重新命名為 rendered_issues
。
