`rpc GetEmailPreferences( GetEmailPreferencesRequest ) returns ( EmailPreferences )` Returns the email preferences for a Merchant Center account user. This service only permits retrieving and updating email preferences for the authenticated user. Use the name=accounts/*/users/me/emailPreferences alias to get preferences for the authenticated user.
