Google API 利用規約
Business Profile API を利用することで、お客様は Google API の利用規約（「API 利用規約」）に加えて、本規約の条項に拘束されることに同意したものとみなされます。
ビジネス プロフィールの追加利用規約
Business Profile API を介してビジネス プロフィールを利用する場合は、ビジネス プロフィールの追加利用規約（「ビジネス プロフィール利用規約」）およびビジネス プロフィールのポリシー（「Business Profile API ポリシー」）を遵守することが求められます。なお、ビジネス プロフィールの利用に関してビジネス プロフィール利用規約、Business Profile API ポリシー、Google API 利用規約の条項が相反する場合、優先順位は（1）ビジネス プロフィール利用規約、（2）Business Profile API ポリシー、（3）Google API 利用規約の順になります。
