القسم 1: المصطلحات المكتوبة بأحرف كبيرة (في حال الكتابة بلغة أجنبية)
وأي مصطلحات مكتوبة بحروف كبيرة (في حال الكتابة بلغة أجنبية) بدون تعريفها أدناه تحمل المعاني المخصّصة لها في بنود خدمة واجهة برمجة التطبيقات.
على جميع برامج عملاء واجهات برمجة التطبيقات الإفصاح بوضوح عن مدى التأخير الذي قد يحدث في أي معلومات معروضة في ما يتعلّق بالمعلومات المتوفّرة في نظام "إعلانات شبكة البحث 360" إذا تجاوز هذا التأخير 24 ساعة.
القسم الثالث: بناء هوية العلامة التجارية
وبصرف النظر عن الفقرة 6 من بنود خدمة واجهة برمجة التطبيقات، يُحظر عليك عرض "ميزات علامة Google التجارية" بغرض الترويج لاستخدام واجهة برمجة التطبيقات هذه أو الإعلان عنها.
لا يجوز لك، أو مساعدة أي طرف ثالث، أو السماح بذلك عن قصد بإرسال معلومات إلى Google من خلال واجهة برمجة التطبيقات هذه والتي قد تستخدمها Google أو تصنفها على أنها من معلومات تحديد الهوية الشخصية.
