1단계: 어떤 시스템?

Google Public DNS에 문제가 발생하면 먼저 진단 테스트를 실행하세요.
Google Public DNS에서 특정 도메인을 확인할 수 없는 경우 intoDNS와 DNSViz를 사용하여 네임서버 또는 DNSSEC 문제가 있는지 확인하세요.
대부분 네임서버 또는 DNSSEC 문제가 원인이며 사용자가 문제를 직접 해결할 수 있는 경우가 많습니다.
