Method: photo.create

用戶端使用傳回的 UploadRef 完成上傳相片後，photo.create 會將已上傳的 Photo 發布至 Google 地圖的街景服務。
目前，在 photo.create 中設定方位、傾斜度和滾動角度的唯一方法，就是透過相片位元組中的 360 度全景相片 XMP 中繼資料。photo.create 會忽略 Pose 中的 pose.heading、pose.pitch、pose.roll、pose.altitude 和 pose.level 欄位。
