合作伙伴门户是一种交互式工具,可让您在 Google 上管理车辆商品详情集成。您可以修改帐号设置、管理 Feed、添加或移除用户,以及查看您已提交给 Google 的商品目录状态。如需访问合作伙伴门户,您必须加入车辆商品详情页面。
您需要使用 Google 账号才能访问合作伙伴门户。所有 Gmail 帐号也是 Google 帐号,或者您可以将一个现有电子邮件地址与 Google 帐号相关联。如果您没有 Google 帐号,请按照创建您的 Google 帐号中的说明操作。
如果您使用的是 Google Workspace (G Suite) 帐号,请与您的网域管理员联系,确保已为您 Google Workspace 网域中的所有用户启用 Partner Dash 服务。如需了解详情,请参阅为 Google Workspace 用户启用或停用服务。
用户访问权限
请让您团队中的帐号所有者提供访问权限。如需向其他用户提供车辆详情帐号的访问权限,请完成以下步骤:
- 登录您的合作伙伴门户帐号。
- 点击右上角的邀请图标 person_add。
- 输入您要授予访问权限的用户的电子邮件地址。
- “访问权限”的用户权限授予查看广告资源和创建支持请求的基本权限。这是最低的访问权限级别。
- 拥有“帐号写入者”的用户权限提供访问权限以及修改帐号详细信息的权限。
- 用户权限“管理”会授予 Account Writer 权限以及管理员权限(例如向帐号添加用户)。这是最高的访问权限级别。
- 确保选中“通知对方”复选框,以便用户在之前未通过提供的电子邮件地址访问过合作伙伴门户时可以收到访问权限说明。
- 点击邀请。
- 分享后,系统会向用户的电子邮件地址发送邀请。如果用户之前未访问过合作伙伴门户,则需要通过 Google 提供的链接验证其电子邮件地址,以获取访问权限。
帐号所有者可以为每位用户指定不同的访问权限级别。无论权限级别如何,任何有权访问该帐号的用户都可以查看与该帐号相关联的所有商品目录信息。
浏览合作伙伴门户
您可以通过左侧导航菜单找到以下部分中列出的所有页面。
新手入门
当您的车辆详情尚未发布时,系统会显示“新手入门”页面。它包含设置和发布车辆商品详情的后续步骤,例如如何准备和上传商品目录 Feed、查看您的内容以及启用集成。
账号
通过帐号页面,您可以添加或移除联系信息、订阅提醒和公告,以及管理车辆详情集成。
信息流
您可以通过 Feed 页面管理 Feed,其中包含有关如何将 Feed 上传到 Google 的凭据和说明,还会显示 Feed 上传的状态。
广告资源
在“诊断”页面,您可以查看所有经销商和车辆的状态。请使用此页面排查数据的质量问题。性能页面会显示性能概况,例如有多少用户在 Google 上查看您的车辆并点击进入经销商网站。
支持
请使用支持页面提问或请求帮助。通过门户创建案例后,系统会向您的地址发送一封电子邮件。此时,您可以直接回复电子邮件会话,继续与我们的支持团队对话。
