Saat pertama kali dibuat, akun Penerbit Anda berada dalam Mode Demo. Dalam Mode Demo, Anda hanya dapat menerbitkan kartu kepada pengguna Google Wallet yang akunnya memiliki peran Admin atau Developer untuk akun Penerbit Anda, atau yang telah ditambahkan oleh Anda sebagai akun pengujian di konsol Google Wallet.
Setelah Anda diberi akses publikasi, anotasi "[TEST ONLY]" juga akan dihapus dari kartu Anda.
Untuk menerbitkan kartu kepada pengguna Google Wallet mana pun, Anda harus meminta akses publikasi. Permintaan akses publikasi ditinjau oleh tim Google Wallet untuk memastikan prasyarat tertentu telah dipenuhi oleh Penerbit Kartu.
Prasyarat
Sebelum meminta akses publikasi, Anda harus menyelesaikan langkah-langkah berikut:
Melengkapi Profil Bisnis Anda
Profil Bisnis Anda memberikan informasi dasar tentang bisnis Anda kepada tim Google Wallet, dan membantu memverifikasi bahwa akun Penerbit Anda dimiliki oleh bisnis, organisasi, atau individu yang nyata.
Untuk melengkapi Profil bisnis, Anda harus memberikan informasi bisnis, dan menyiapkan profil pembayaran atau memilih profil pembayaran yang sudah ada untuk mengidentifikasi bisnis Anda.
Untuk melengkapi Profil Bisnis Anda, buka konsol Google Pay & Wallet,
lalu klik 'Profil Bisnis' di menu kiri.
Buat setidaknya satu Kelas Kartu
Hampir semua jenis kartu memerlukan Class Kartu untuk menerbitkan kartu kepada pengguna Google Wallet. Sebelum Anda dapat disetujui untuk akses publikasi, Anda diwajibkan
telah membuat setidaknya satu Class Kartu.

Meminta akses publikasi
Setelah Anda menyelesaikan prasyarat untuk meminta akses publikasi, lakukan
hal berikut:
Klik 'Google Wallet API' untuk membuka konsol Google Wallet.
Jika Anda telah berhasil menyelesaikan prasyarat yang diperlukan, Anda akan melihat tombol
'Minta akses publikasi' di kotak berlabel 'Dapatkan akses publikasi'.
Klik tombol 'Minta akses publikasi'.
Tim Google Wallet akan meninjau akun Penerbit Anda dan memberi tahu Anda setelah permintaan akses publikasi Anda disetujui.
