使用 Google Wallet API(以下简称“API”)在 Google 钱包中提供会员卡、登机牌、活动门票和其他对象(以下简称“钱包对象”),即表示您同意遵守 Google API 服务条款(以下简称“API 服务条款”)以及这些条款。对于这些条款中未定义的任何术语,其定义应以《API 服务条款》中规定的定义为准。如果这些条款与 API 服务条款中的条款有任何不一致,应以这些条款为准。
内容政策
您不得将 API 用于以下用途:(1) 宣传或协助从事非法交易或销售/交换任何非法或违禁商品或服务,或 (2) 违反
使用限制政策。Google 可能会根据其条款不时更新《使用限制政策》,此类更新将自动纳入这些条款的一部分。
品牌特征
若要将 Google 的品牌特征与 API 和钱包卡券结合使用,除了 Google 品牌特征使用指南外,您还必须遵循 Google 钱包品牌推广指南。
集合商家
如果您是代表其他方(包括任何第三方品牌特征)向 Google 提交内容的集合商家,则您声明并保证,您已获得这些第三方的授权,并拥有向 Google 授予“API 服务条款”中所述的“使用此类内容的许可”所需的所有权利。对于通过此 API 提交的任何内容,您需对 Google 全权负责。
您可能会通过该 API 收到与最终用户相关的信息(可能包括个人数据),例如表明最终用户已添加、激活、使用或移除电子钱包对象的信号。您在使用收到的任何信息时,都必须遵守您的隐私权政策、数据安全政策、最终用户的条款及条件以及适用法律。
