Khi mới tạo, tài khoản của Nhà phát hành sẽ ở Chế độ dùng thử. Trong Chế độ minh hoạ, bạn chỉ có thể phát hành thẻ và vé cho những người dùng Google Wallet có tài khoản có vai trò Quản trị viên hoặc Nhà phát triển đối với tài khoản Nhà phát hành của bạn, hoặc những người dùng mà bạn đã thêm làm tài khoản thử nghiệm trong bảng điều khiển Google Wallet.
Sau khi bạn được cấp quyền xuất bản, chú thích "[CHỈ DÙNG CHO THỬ NGHIỆM]" cũng sẽ bị xoá khỏi thẻ và vé của bạn.
Để phát hành thẻ và vé cho bất kỳ người dùng Google Wallet nào, bạn phải yêu cầu quyền phát hành. Nhóm Google Wallet sẽ xem xét các yêu cầu cấp quyền xuất bản để đảm bảo Nhà phát hành thẻ và vé đáp ứng một số điều kiện tiên quyết.
Điều kiện tiên quyết
Trước khi yêu cầu quyền xuất bản, bạn phải hoàn tất các bước sau:
Hoàn tất Trang doanh nghiệp
Trang doanh nghiệp cung cấp cho nhóm Google Wallet thông tin cơ bản về doanh nghiệp của bạn và giúp xác minh rằng tài khoản Nhà phát hành của bạn thuộc về một doanh nghiệp, tổ chức hoặc cá nhân thực sự.
Để hoàn tất Hồ sơ doanh nghiệp, bạn phải cung cấp thông tin doanh nghiệp và thiết lập hồ sơ thanh toán hoặc chọn một hồ sơ thanh toán hiện có để xác định doanh nghiệp của mình.
Để hoàn tất Trang doanh nghiệp, hãy chuyển đến Bảng điều khiển Google Pay & Wallet, rồi nhấp vào "Trang doanh nghiệp" trong trình đơn điều hướng bên trái.
Tạo ít nhất một Lớp thẻ và vé
Hầu hết mọi loại thẻ và vé đều yêu cầu một Lớp thẻ và vé để phát hành thẻ và vé cho người dùng Google Wallet. Để được phê duyệt quyền xuất bản, bạn phải tạo ít nhất một Lớp thẻ và vé.

Yêu cầu quyền phát hành
Sau khi bạn hoàn tất các điều kiện tiên quyết để yêu cầu quyền phát hành, hãy làm như sau:
Nhấp vào "API Google Wallet" để chuyển đến bảng điều khiển Google Wallet.
Nếu đã hoàn tất các điều kiện tiên quyết bắt buộc, bạn sẽ thấy nút "Yêu cầu quyền xuất bản" trong hộp có nhãn "Nhận quyền xuất bản".
Nhấp vào nút "Yêu cầu quyền phát hành".
Nhóm Google Wallet sẽ xem xét tài khoản của Nhà phát hành và thông báo cho bạn sau khi yêu cầu cấp quyền xuất bản của bạn được phê duyệt.
