תוספים ליומן מאפשרים למפתחים להוסיף קבצים מצורפים בהתאמה אישית לאירועים ביומן באמצעות EventAttachmentTrigger.
אפשר גם לציין כתובת URL של תמונה עבור הקבצים המצורפים המותאמים אישית, והתמונה תוצג כסמל של הקובץ המצורף בתוך האירוע ביומן. מכיוון שהתמונות האלה משמשות ישירות ביומן, צריך לארח אותן בתשתית של Google.
במילים אחרות, אתם צריכים להשתמש באותו סמל שבו אתם משתמשים בדף המוצר של התוסף ב-Google Workspace Marketplace.
כדי למצוא את כתובת ה-URL של התמונה שאפשר להשתמש בה כattachment.iconUrl:
- פותחים את מסוף Google Cloud.
- במקרה הצורך, עוברים לפרויקט שבו מתארח התוסף.
- בפינה השמאלית העליונה, לוחצים על סמל התפריט menu > APIs & Services (ממשקי API ושירותים).
- ברשימה שבתחתית, לוחצים על Google Workspace Marketplace SDK.
- לוחצים על הכרטיסייה דף אפליקציה בחנות.
- בקטע Graphics Assets (נכסי גרפיקה), מעלים את התמונה של סמל הקובץ המצורף הרצוי בתור Application Icon 32x32 (סמל אפליקציה בגודל 32x32).
- מעתיקים את כתובת ה-URL של התמונה שנוצרה ומשתמשים בה כ
attachment.iconUrl.
