Google Docs, Google Sheets ו-Google Slides מספקים פתרון פרודוקטיביות מבוסס-ענן עם שיתוף פעולה בזמן אמת. עם זאת, שינוי מידע רלוונטי והצגתו בכלי העריכה הם לרוב משימה שלוקחת זמן.
תוספים ל-Docs, Sheets ו-Slides יכולים לחסוך למשתמשים זמן ומאמץ. תוספים ל-Google Forms עדיין לא זמינים.
