获取长时间运行的操作的最新状态。客户端可以使用此方法，按 API 服务建议的时间间隔来轮询操作结果。

网址采用 gRPC 转码语法。

请求正文

请求正文必须为空。

响应正文

如果成功，则响应正文包含一个 Operation 实例。
