The request body must be empty. A successful renewal results in an `ACTIVE` watch, extending the `expireTime` by seven days. Renewals succeed if previous errors are resolved; otherwise, they fail. Expired watches yield a `NOT_FOUND` response. The response body will contain a Watch instance.
