مشتریانی را که در فروشنده شناسایی شده توسط آرگومان partnerId ثبت نام کرده اند فهرست می کند. این لیست شامل مشتریانی است که فروشنده ایجاد کرده و مشتریانی که خود را با استفاده از پورتال ثبت نام کرده اند.
