Wi-Fi AP:对于遇到错误消息“无法登录 Wi-Fi AP。此设备已执行未经授权的恢复出厂设置。无法访问登录界面。”,建议使用不使用强制门户的 WLAN AP,例如在移除 KME(Knox 移动设备注册)后将设备恢复出厂设置的情况下。如果从服务器中移除 KME,则还必须在设备上更新 KME 删除信息,这需要 Wi-Fi 连接。如果门户设置为 Wi-Fi,则会显示错误消息。
设备配置:不建议在同一设备上配置零触摸和 KME。在两项服务中配置设备可能会导致混淆,因为配置可能会不同步,如果设备遇到进一步的问题,则很难进行调试。
双 SIM 卡设备问题
双 SIM 卡设备包含两个独立的调制解调器,因此具有两个 IMEI 号码。经销商可以注册两个 IMEI,但如果只注册一个,最好注册数值最低的 IMEI 号,因为零触摸注册功能在最低 IMEI 下运行更可靠。
或者,转销商也可以通过序列号、制造商和型号注册所有设备。
没有电话功能的移动网络设备
如果满足以下条件,则具备移动网络连接但没有电话功能的设备(例如启用数据网络的平板电脑)可以跳过零触摸:
- 它们会预加载版本介于
23.13.12
和 23.39.18
之间的 Google Play 服务。
- 它们仅通过其 IMEI 注册。
有两种可能的解决方法:
- 照常设置设备,并等到其收到恢复出厂设置通知。此时,零触摸会注册更可靠的标识符,因此未来的配置尝试将会成功。
