Google'ın Android Management API'sinin kullanımı yalnızca ticari kurumsal mobilite yönetimi (EMM) geliştiricileri ve Android Enterprise'dan Device Trust (Cihaz Güvenliği) çözüm sağlayıcılarıyla sınırlıdır. Android Management API'nin tüm kullanıcıları bu İzin Verilen Kullanım Politikası'na uymalıdır. Cihaz Güvenliği çözüm sağlayıcıları kimlik sağlayıcılar (IDP'ler), mobil tehdit savunucuları (MTD'ler), uç nokta algılama ve yanıtlama (EDR), güvenlik bilgileri ve etkinlik yönetimi (SIEM) ve güvenlik operasyonları araçlarıdır. Android Management API tarafından sağlanan Device Trust sinyalleri, hem EMM tarafından yönetilen hem de EMM tarafından yönetilmeyen cihazlarda son müşterilere Device Trust/kurumsal BT güvenliği sağlamak için özel olarak tasarlanmıştır.
Android Management API'ye erişip kullanmak isteyen EMM geliştiricileri veya Device Trust çözüm sağlayıcıları:
- Cihaz yönetimi ve/veya Cihaz Güvenliği çözümleri oluşturmak amacıyla nihai müşterileriyle doğrudan sözleşmeleri olmalıdır.
- Son müşterileri ve kullanıcılarını, Android Management API'yi kullanırken elde ettiği verilere erişimi ve bu verileri kullanımı hakkında gerektiği şekilde bilgilendirmelidir.
Aşağıdaki yönetim senaryolarına ve teknoloji kullanımlarına izin verilmez:
- Cihaz finansmanı çözümleri (ör. donanım kiralama sözleşmeleriyle birlikte kullanılan, cihaz kullanımını kontrol etmeyi amaçlayan çözümler).
- Yalnızca cihaz veya kullanıcı izleme, dijital parmak izi alma ya da kurumsal yönetimden bağımsız olarak gizli dinleme amacıyla geliştirilen çözümler.
- Ticari olarak satılan bir Android cihazın, değiştirilmiş cihazı daha sonra satmak, yeniden satmak veya kiralamak için değiştirilmesi.
- İlgili müşterilerin ve son kullanıcılarının önceden açık ve bilinçli izni olmadan Android cihazlara uygulama ve/veya hizmet gönderme, önceden yükleme veya otomatik yükleme
- Yalnızca birinci taraf şirket içi uygulamalar için geliştirilen ve kullanılan çözümler.
- Cihaz Güvenliği çözümleri hariç, EMM tarafından yönetilmeyen cihazlarda Android Management API politikalarının ve komutlarının kullanımı.
- Cihaz Güvenliği sinyallerinin eski cihaz yöneticisi işleviyle kullanılması.
- Erişilebilirlik API'lerini kullanan çözümlerde cihaz güveni sinyallerinin kullanılması.
Google, bir EMM geliştiricisi veya Cihaz Güvenliği çözümü sağlayıcı bu kullanım koşullarına uymazsa Android Management API'ye erişimi iptal etme veya belirli özelliklere erişimi sınırlama hakkını saklı tutar.

Kotalar ve Kısıtlamalar
