- Zmiana komercyjnie dostępnego urządzenia z Androidem w celu jego sprzedaży, odsprzedaży lub wynajmu.
- wysyłać wiadomości Push, wstępnie wczytywać lub automatycznie instalować aplikacje lub usługi na urządzeniach z Androidem bez wyraźnej i świadomej zgody odpowiednich klientów oraz ich użytkowników końcowych.
- Rozwiązania opracowane i używane wyłącznie do zastosowań wewnętrznych.
- Używanie zasad i poleceń interfejsu Android Management API na urządzeniach, które nie są zarządzane przez EMM (z wyjątkiem rozwiązań Device Trust).
- Korzystanie z sygnałów Device Trust w ramach starszej funkcji Zarządzanie urządzeniem.
- Korzystanie z sygnałów zaufania urządzenia w rozwiązaniach korzystających z interfejsów API ułatwień dostępu.
Google zastrzega sobie prawo do cofnięcia dostępu do interfejsu API do zarządzania Androidem lub ograniczenia dostępu do niektórych funkcji, jeśli deweloper EMM lub dostawca rozwiązania Device Trust nie będzie przestrzegać tych wymagań dotyczących użytkowania.
