Манифест проекта Apps Script — это специальный файл JSON, в котором указана базовая информация о проекте, необходимая Apps Script для успешного запуска скрипта.
Apps Script автоматически создаёт и обновляет манифест проекта по мере того, как вы создаёте проект скрипта и вносите изменения в редакторе Apps Script. Редактирование манифеста
