Enums
`RESULT_TYPE_UNSPECIFIED`	Unspecified.
`CAN_TRANSACT`	User is eligible to perform this transaction.
`CANNOT_TRANSACT`	User is not eligible to perform this transaction. This could be because of certain conditions like country or surface is not supported, user is not eligible to transact, user does not want to share personal information etc.
