createAccountLabel(name)
Creates a new account label.
Usage examples:
AdsManagerApp.createAccountLabel("My Account Label");Returns nothing.

select(account)
Selects a ManagedAccount as
the next account on which to operate.
This can be used to make changes to an account managed by this MCC.
