Depois de adicionar produtos à sua conta do Merchant Center, você pode recuperar o estado final e processado deles, incluindo o status atual e problemas de qualidade dos dados. Assim, você pode monitorar o inventário de produtos, diagnosticar problemas e verificar se os itens estão qualificados para aparecer no Google.

Este guia explica como listar seus produtos e os problemas associados a eles usando as sub-APIs Products e Reports.

Pré-requisitos

Você precisa ter produtos na sua conta do Merchant Center. Para saber como adicionar produtos, consulte o guia Adicionar e gerenciar produtos.

Considerações especiais

  • Atraso no processamento:há um atraso, normalmente de alguns minutos, entre o momento em que um productInput é inserido ou atualizado e o momento em que as mudanças são refletidas no product processado final, conforme retornado pelos métodos de recuperação do produto.
  • Produtos sem destinos:os produtos que não têm destinos pretendidos são removidos automaticamente após aproximadamente uma semana. Um produto não tem destinos pretendidos se a lista destinationStatuses no campo productStatus estiver vazia. Verifique esse status regularmente para evitar exclusões acidentais de produtos.

Listar todos os produtos processados

Para receber uma lista de todos os seus produtos finais e processados, use o método products.list. Esse método retorna o recurso Product, que representa o produto como ele aparece no Merchant Center depois que todas as regras e fusões de fontes de dados foram aplicadas.

A resposta é paginada. Use o parâmetro pageSize para especificar o número de produtos a serem retornados em cada página e o pageToken da resposta para recuperar as páginas subsequentes.

Verificar o status de um produto usando o productStatus

Para verificar o status de um produto, examine o campo productStatus no recurso Product retornado por products.list ou products.get. Esse campo contém as informações de status agregadas do produto em todos os destinos. Ele também contém problemas relacionados aos inventários (local e regional) anexados a um determinado produto.

O campo productStatus inclui:

Filtrar produtos

É possível filtrar produtos de maneira eficiente usando o método reports.search da sub-API Reports em vez de listar todos os produtos e filtrá-los no seu lado.
