את/ה מצהיר/ה כי הפעולות ששלחת לתוכנית 'פעולות לכל המשפחה', כולל כל ממשקי ה-API או ערכות ה-SDK שבהם הקריאה לפעולה או השימוש בהם, תואמים ל-COPPA (חוק הגנת הפרטיות של ילדים באינטרנט), ל-GDPR (התקנה הכללית להגנה על מידע) ולכל החוקים והתקנות החלים אחרים. אתם צריכים לעמוד במדיניות פרטיות הפונה למשתמשים. כמו כן, עליכם לספק גילוי נאות ברור לגבי הנתונים שנאספים במסגרת הפעולה, ולגבי האופן שבו נעשה שימוש בנתונים האלה.
אישור וזמינות ציבורית.
שליחת פעולה לתוכנית 'פעולות לכל המשפחה' תהיה כפופה לבדיקה של Google בהתאם להסכם הזה, וההחלטה על הבדיקה תהיה לפי שיקול דעתה הבלעדי של Google.
השעיה או סיום.
אי-עמידה בדרישות הארגון להשתתף בתוכנית או אי-עמידה בדרישות התוכנית 'פעולות לכל המשפחה' עלולות להוביל להשעיה או להסרה מיידית של הפעולות שלכם מהתוכנית 'פעולות לכל המשפחה'. אם אתם או הארגון שלכם לא תוכלו להשתתף בתוכנית 'פעולות לכל המשפחה', לא נאשר את הפעולה שלכם אם הפלטפורמה תטרגט את קהל היעד הראשי או את אחד הקהלים שלה.
