Actions for Families 프로그램에 참여하면 기존 Actions on Google 서비스 약관 및 Actions on Google 정책('계약')과 더불어 이 약관을 준수하는 데 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 본 약관과 '계약'이 상충하는 경우 본 약관이 우선적으로 적용됩니다. 따옴표 표시된 용어 중 아래 정의되지 않은 용어는 계약에 정의된 의미를 따릅니다.
참여.
가족을 위한 작업 프로그램 참여 자격 및 참여로 인해 아동을 주요 시청자층 또는 타겟층 중 하나로 타겟팅하는 활동을 홍보할 수 있습니다. 이 프로그램의 일환으로 가족을 위한 작업 프로그램 요구사항을 준수해야 할 책임이 있습니다.
'아동'이라는 단어는 언어와 상황에 따라 서로 다른 대상을 의미할 수 있습니다. 변호사와 상의하여 내 작업에 적용될 수 있는 의무사항 및 제한사항을 확인해야 합니다.
가족용 배지.
가족을 위한 작업을 선택하면 작업이 전체적으로 어린이에게 적합하고, 작업이 사용자로부터 개인 식별 데이터를 수집하거나 요청하지 않으며, 어시스턴트 디렉터리에 작업이 '가족용' 배지가 달릴 것임을 확인하게 됩니다.

귀하는 귀하의 작업이 호출하거나 사용하는 모든 API 또는 SDK를 포함하여 가족을 위한 작업 프로그램에 제출된 작업이 COPPA (아동 온라인 개인 정보 보호법), GDPR (개인 정보 보호법) 및 기타 관련 법률 또는 규정을 준수함을 확인합니다. 사용자에게 표시되는 개인정보처리방침을 유지해야 합니다. 또한 작업을 통해 사용자로부터 수집하는 데이터와 데이터가 사용되는 방식에 대한 명확한 공개를 제공해야 합니다.

가족을 위한 작업 프로그램에 작업을 제출하면 Google은 본 계약에 따라 검토를 받게 되며 이러한 검토는 Google의 단독 재량으로 결정됩니다.
정지 또는 해지.
조직의 프로그램 자격요건을 유지하거나 가족을 위한 작업 프로그램 요구사항을 준수하지 않으면 가족을 위한 작업 프로그램에서 작업이 즉시 정지되거나 삭제될 수 있으며 경우에 따라 어시스턴트 디렉터리에서 작업이 삭제될 수도 있습니다. 본인 또는 조직이 가족을 위한 작업 프로그램에 참여할 수 있는 자격을 상실하는 경우 아동을 주요 시청자층 또는 시청자층 중 하나로 타겟팅하는 경우 플랫폼에서의 출시가 승인되지 않습니다.

It is important that you consult with your legal counsel to help determine what obligations and restrictions may apply to your Action.\n2. **For Families Badge.**\n\n By opting into Actions for Families, you confirm that your Action in its entirety is appropriate for children, that your Action will not collect or solicit any personally identifiable data from users and that your Action should be badged as \"For Families\" in the Assistant Directory.\n3. **Legal Compliance.**\n\n You represent that Actions submitted to the Actions for Families program, including any APIs or SDKs that your Action calls or uses, are compliant with COPPA ([Children's Online Privacy Protection Act](http://www.ftc.gov/enforcement/rules/rulemaking-regulatory-reform-proceedings/childrens-online-privacy-protection-rule)), the GDPR ([General Data Protection Regulation](https://eugdpr.org/)), and any other applicable laws or regulations. You must maintain a user-facing privacy policy. You must also provide clear disclosures on what data your Action collects from users and how that data is used.\n4. **Approval and Public Availability.**\n\n By submitting an Action to the Actions for Families program, your Action will be subject to review by Google in accordance with this Agreement, and the determination of such review is in Google's sole discretion.\n5. **Suspension or Termination.**\n\n Your failure to maintain your organization's eligibility for the program or to comply with the [Actions for Families Program Requirements](/assistant/console/policies/general-policies#actions_for_families) may result in the immediate suspension or removal of your Action(s) from the Actions for Families Program and in some circumstances may result in removal of your Action(s) from the Assistant Directory.
