Bằng cách chọn tham gia chương trình Hành động dành cho gia đình, ngoài Điều khoản dịch vụ của Google trên Actions on Google và Chính sách của Actions on Google, "Đồng ý", bạn đồng ý chịu sự ràng buộc của các điều khoản này. Nếu có bất kỳ xung đột nào giữa các điều khoản này và Thỏa thuận thì các điều khoản này sẽ được ưu tiên. Thuật ngữ viết hoa được sử dụng dưới đây nhưng chưa được định nghĩa bên dưới sẽ có ý nghĩa như được nêu trong Thỏa thuận.
Tham gia.
Tính đủ điều kiện và tham gia vào chương trình Hành động dành cho gia đình cho phép bạn quảng bá Hành động nhắm đến trẻ em với tư cách là đối tượng chính hoặc là một trong những đối tượng của chương trình. Trong chương trình này, bạn chịu trách nhiệm duy trì việc tuân thủ Yêu cầu của chương trình Hành động dành cho gia đình.
Từ "trẻ em" có thể có nhiều nghĩa, tuỳ theo địa điểm và bối cảnh. Bạn nên tham khảo ý kiến luật sư để giúp xác định nghĩa vụ và hạn chế nào có thể áp dụng cho Hành động của bạn.
Dành cho Huy hiệu gia đình.
Bằng cách chọn tham gia Hành động dành cho gia đình, bạn xác nhận rằng toàn bộ Hành động của bạn là phù hợp với trẻ em, rằng Hành động của bạn sẽ không thu thập hay cố gắng thu thập bất kỳ dữ liệu nhận dạng cá nhân nào của người dùng, đồng thời Hành động của bạn cần được gắn huy hiệu là "Dành cho gia đình" trong Thư mục Trợ lý.
Tuân thủ luật pháp.
Bạn tuyên bố rằng các Hành động được gửi tới chương trình Hành động dành cho gia đình (bao gồm cả mọi API hoặc SDK mà Hành động của bạn gọi hoặc sử dụng) đều tuân thủ COPPA (Đạo luật bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của trẻ em trên mạng), GDPR (Quy định chung về bảo vệ dữ liệu) và mọi luật hoặc quy định hiện hành khác. Bạn phải duy trì chính sách bảo mật mà người dùng sẽ thấy. Bạn cũng phải công bố rõ ràng những dữ liệu mà Hành động của bạn thu thập từ người dùng và cách sử dụng dữ liệu đó.
Phê duyệt và phát hành công khai.
Bằng cách gửi một Hành động đến chương trình Hành động dành cho gia đình, Hành động của bạn sẽ được Google xem xét theo Thỏa thuận này và việc xác định hành động đánh giá đó là theo quyết định riêng của Google.
Tạm ngưng hoặc chấm dứt.
Tổ chức của bạn không đủ điều kiện tham gia chương trình hoặc không tuân thủ Yêu cầu của chương trình Hành động dành cho gia đình có thể dẫn đến tạm ngừng hoặc xóa (các) Hành động của bạn khỏi Chương trình hành động dành cho gia đình. Trong một số trường hợp, Hành động của bạn có thể bị xóa khỏi Danh bạ trợ lý. Nếu bạn hoặc tổ chức của bạn không đủ điều kiện tham gia chương trình Hành động dành cho gia đình, thì Hành động của bạn sẽ không được phê duyệt để phát hành trên nền tảng này nếu Hành động đó nhắm đến trẻ em với tư cách là đối tượng chính hoặc là một trong những đối tượng của trẻ.
