UploadClickConversionsRequest

Request message for ConversionUploadService.UploadClickConversions.

Important: Always set partial_failure = true. Partial failure mode is required for conversion uploads. When enabled, valid conversions are processed and any invalid conversions return individual errors in UploadClickConversionsResponse.partial_failure_error. Setting partial_failure = false or omitting the field is not supported and causes the entire request to fail.

When uploading enhanced conversions for leads with user_identifiers, normalize raw identifier strings before hashing with SHA-256 (trim leading and trailing whitespace, convert email addresses to lowercase, and format phone numbers in E.164 format), and populate only one identifier field per UserIdentifier object (oneof identifier is mutually exclusive).

For help diagnosing conversion upload issues, see the conversion upload troubleshooting guide.

Fields

conversions[]

ClickConversion

Required. The conversions that are being uploaded.

customer_id

string

Required. The ID of the customer performing the upload.

job_id

int32

Optional. Optional input to set job ID. Must be a non-negative number that is less than 2^31 if provided. If this field is not provided, the API will generate a job ID in the range [2^31, (2^63)-1]. The API will return the value for this request in the job_id field of the UploadClickConversionsResponse.

partial_failure

bool

Required. Must be set to true. Enables partial failure mode so that valid conversions are processed and any invalid conversions return individual errors in partial_failure_error. Setting this field to false is not supported and causes the entire request to fail.

See Best practices for partial failures.

validate_only

bool

If true, the request is validated but not executed. Only errors are returned, not results.
