fornire una risposta canonica su come viene gestito un problema.
Il campo Aggiornamento stato:
Supporta Markdown.
Incoraggia la brevità con un limite di dimensioni flessibile di quattro righe di testo visualizzato.
Fornisce informazioni visibili su quanto di recente è stato aggiornato il problema; ad esempio, quanti giorni sono trascorsi dall'ultimo aggiornamento dello stato.
Attiva le notifiche via email per gli iscritti quando viene aggiornato.

Aggiornamento dello stato e descrizione
Il campo Descrizione è quello in cui definisci il problema ed è generalmente
più duraturo nel tempo. Il campo Aggiornamento stato deve rappresentare un breve
riepilogo dello stato attuale del problema.
