כדי להגדיר פורמטים של תאריך ושעה:
פותחים את הכלי למעקב אחר בעיות בדפדפן האינטרנט.
לוחצים על סמל גלגל השיניים בפינה השמאלית העליונה של כלי המעקב אחרי בעיות.
בוחרים באפשרות הגדרות.
בקטע הגדרות הפורמט של התאריך/השעה שבשכבת-העל 'הגדרות', בוחרים את ההעדפות שלכם בתפריטים הנפתחים.
בתפריט הנפתח תאריכים מגדירים את אופן הצגת התאריכים.
בתפריט הנפתח Times (שעות) מגדירים את אופן הצגת השעות.
משתמשים בתפריט הנפתח Time Zones (אזורי זמן) כדי להגדיר את אזור הזמן שבו נעשה שימוש.
