Starting with v2.1 of the Content API, you can use
supplemental feeds
to perform partial updates of product data. Partial updates with supplemental
feeds let you make requests that only include the fields that you want to
modify, without affecting the rest of the product data. Once you create your
supplemental feeds in Merchant Center, you can make partial updates by including
the feedId
query parameter when calling Products.insert
and
Products.delete
.
