Messaggi
Ecco alcuni messaggi che potresti visualizzare e le relative soluzioni:
Non è possibile impostare una proprietà styles della mappa se è presente un mapId.
Non puoi utilizzare ID mappa e stili contemporaneamente. Modifica invece lo stile
associato all'ID mappa utilizzando la console Cloud. Vedi anche
Ricevo un errore durante il tentativo di caricare lo stile di mappa.
Al momento non è possibile caricare l'editor degli stili.
La mappa di anteprima utilizza una mappa vettoriale. Nei casi in cui le mappe vettoriali non possono
essere caricate nel browser web, viene visualizzata un'esperienza "senza mappa":
Se riscontri questo problema, prova quanto segue:
- Controlla le impostazioni del browser per assicurarti che l'accelerazione hardware sia abilitata.
- Controlla se il tuo dispositivo è supportato visitando
get.webgl.org. Se la demo non
funziona, il browser o il dispositivo potrebbe non essere compatibile con WebGL. Assicurati che la combinazione di driver/browser del dispositivo non sia soggetta alle regole della lista bloccata
definite nella wiki di Khronos WebGL.
- Aggiorna la scheda grafica e assicurati che il dispositivo abbia una scheda grafica (GPU) che supporti WebGL. Consulta i requisiti di applicazioni e siti web.

Problemi di stile
Dopo aver creato o aggiornato uno stile, potresti visualizzare i seguenti messaggi.
Le modifiche allo stile non vengono aggiornate nelle mie app o nel mio sito web
La propagazione delle modifiche allo stile alle app e ai siti web può richiedere alcune ore e
le app possono richiedere più tempo se i dispositivi non sono connessi a internet. Se dopo alcune ore
non vedi ancora le modifiche allo stile, controlla quanto segue:
Assicurati di aver pubblicato l'aggiornamento dello stile.
Se hai apportato le modifiche a uno stile duplicato, assicurati di aver associato
l'ID mappa allo stile duplicato. Per maggiori dettagli, vedi

Non riesco a vedere le modifiche allo stile nella mappa di anteprima
Se apporti una modifica e non la vedi nell'anteprima della mappa, ecco
alcune cose da provare.
Controllare le sovrapposizioni di stili: per maggiori dettagli, vedi
Gestire gli stili che si sovrappongono.
Controlla le sostituzioni dell'ereditarietà dello stile: controlla se esiste uno stile figlio personalizzato sotto lo stile che stai impostando che sostituisce lo stile padre. Per informazioni dettagliate sull'ereditarietà degli stili, consulta
Informazioni sull'ereditarietà e sulla gerarchia degli stili della mappa.
Modifica il livello di zoom della mappa: è possibile che le funzionalità della mappa che stai
stilizzando non siano visibili nella mappa al livello di zoom attuale.
Aumenta lo zoom: se hai la certezza che la funzionalità sia presente sulla mappa,
aumenta lo zoom per una visualizzazione più dettagliata e potrebbe apparire.
Diminuisci lo zoom: con alcuni elementi della mappa di grandi dimensioni, potrebbe essere necessario diminuire lo zoom
finché gli elementi dettagliati della mappa non scompaiono prima che venga visualizzato lo stile.
Il testo appare sfocato o fuori fuoco
Se i colori che hai scelto per il riempimento e il tratto del testo non hanno
un contrasto sufficiente, il carattere appare in grassetto e sfocato perché il tratto (contorno)
e il riempimento si uniscono. Seleziona colori con un contrasto sufficiente.
Il mio stile appare opaco o del colore sbagliato
La funzionalità della mappa a cui stai applicando lo stile potrebbe sovrapporsi a una o più altre funzionalità della mappa. Per assistenza, vedi Gestire gli stili che si sovrappongono.
Vengono applicati stili agli elementi della mappa errati
Se visualizzi elementi della mappa che corrispondono allo stile che hai impostato, è possibile che
lo stile mappa predefinito per questi elementi della mappa sia uguale allo stile che stai
impostando. Puoi provare a seguire questi suggerimenti:
Disattiva la visibilità dell'elemento della mappa corrispondente. Ad esempio,
se stai cercando di impostare Winery su un rosso scuro e noti che i PDI di emergenza sono rossi, il che potrebbe confondere i tuoi utenti. Puoi scegliere di
disattivare la visibilità dei PDI di emergenza per evitare questa confusione.
Modifica lo stile delle funzionalità della mappa che non vuoi che corrispondano.
Nell'esempio precedente, potresti anche scegliere di assegnare uno stile arancione ai PDI di emergenza
per evitare confusione.
Ricevo un errore durante il tentativo di caricare lo stile di mappa
Non puoi utilizzare ID mappa e stili contemporaneamente. Puoi eseguire una delle seguenti operazioni:
Consigliato: rimuovi lo stile di mappa e modifica lo stile associato all'ID mappa utilizzando la console Cloud. Con questo metodo, puoi creare uno stile che si applichi a tutte le piattaforme. Per maggiori dettagli, vedi

If you're\nstill not seeing your style changes after a few hours, check the following\nthings:\n\n- Make sure you've published your style update.\n\n- If you made your changes in a duplicated style, make sure you've associated\n your map ID with the duplicated style. For details, see\n [Associate or remove map IDs on your style](/maps/documentation/ios-sdk/cloud-customization/map-styles#associate-style-with-map-id).\n\n### I can't see my style changes on the preview map\n\nIf you make a change, and can't see the change on the preview map, here\nare some things to try.\n\n- **Check for style overlaps** : For details, see\n [Manage styles that overlap](/maps/documentation/ios-sdk/cloud-customization/overlap).\n\n- **Check for style inheritance overrides** : Check to see if there is a\n custom child style underneath the style you're setting that is overriding\n its parent style. For details on style inheritance, see\n [Understand map style inheritance and hierarchy](/maps/documentation/ios-sdk/cloud-customization/map-hier).\n\n- **Change the map zoom level**: It's possible that the map features you are\n styling are not visible in the map at the current zoom level.\n\n - **Zoom in**: If you are sure the feature is present on the map,\n zoom in to a more detailed view and it may appear.\n\n - **Zoom out**: With some large map features, you may need to zoom out\n until the detailed map features drop out before your styling shows up.\n\n### My text looks blurry or out of focus\n\nIf the colors you've chosen for your fill and stroke for text don't have\nenough contrast, the font looks bold and fuzzy because the stroke (outline)\nand fill merge together. Select colors that have enough contrast.\n\n### My style looks dull or the wrong color\n\nThe map feature you are styling may overlap with one or more other map\nfeatures. For assistance, see [Manage styles that overlap](/maps/documentation/ios-sdk/cloud-customization/overlap).\n\n### The wrong map features are being styled\n\nIf you are seeing map features that match the style you've set, it may be that\nthe default map style for those map features are the same as the style you're\nsetting. Here are some things to try:\n\n- **Turn off visibility for the map feature that matches**. For example,\n if you are trying to set Winery to a dark red, and notice that Emergency\n POIs are red, which could be confusing for your users. You can choose to\n turn off visibility for Emergency POIs to avoid this confusion.\n\n- **Change the style of the map features that you don't want to match**.\n the example above, you could also choose to style Emergency POIs to orange\n to avoid confusion.\n\n### I get an error trying to load my map style\n\nYou cannot use map IDs and styles at the same time. You can do one of the\nfollowing:\n\n- **Recommended** : Remove the map style, and edit the style associated with\n the map ID using the Cloud console. With this method, you can create one\n style that applies to all platforms.
