营业地点可以直接由企业主管理,也可以由第三方代理机构管理。详细了解代理机构。
商家群组(也称为“营业地点组”)
如需与一组用户共享对大量营业地点的访问权限,您可以创建营业地点组(也称为“商家群组”)。仅管理几个营业地点的企业主无需创建营业地点组。但是,如果您管理的营业地点数量较多,或者您当前与其他用户共享用户名和密码,建议您改用营业地点组,以便更安全地进行协作。详细了解营业地点组。
代理机构和第三方
如果您的客户已有商家资料账号,则可将代理机构账号作为管理员添加到各个营业地点或营业地点组。如果他们还没有商家资料账号,则可以创建一个,并在必要时创建营业地点组,然后将您的代理机构添加为管理员。
如果第三方的客户需要访问商家资料 API,则第三方不应代表自己的客户请求访问权限。客户需要自行申请访问权限。一个项目 ID 可用于客户的整个应用。客户邀请您加入某个现有营业地点组之后,您就可以通过生成的 OAuth2.0 令牌访问他们的账号。
营业地点测试和验证
如果您拥有同一商家的 10 个以上营业地点,则必须对其进行逐个验证或批量验证。
每个商家只能向一个项目授予商家资料 API 的访问权限。必须在主项目中对未经验证的营业地点信息执行测试。
管理营业地点
您可以使用商家资料 API 查看自己的营业地点状态以及 Google 对您的营业地点执行的所有更新。
商家资料 API 的必填营业地点字段与商家资料界面中的必填字段相同。如需了解详情,请参阅在 Google 上代表您的商家行事时的准则。
您使用商家资料 API 所做的修改可能不会立即生效。如果您对未经验证的营业地点信息进行了更改,相应修改只会显示在商家资料界面中。您可以使用已验证或未验证的营业地点信息来管理 Google Ads 附加地址信息。
对已验证的营业地点信息做出的修改可在其他 Google 产品中显示。我们可能会对修改后的营业地点进行审核,以确保其遵守商家资料质量准则以及 Google 用户内容和行为政策。
特殊营业时间
在 Google 收集的各国节假日表中,Google 维护着一份清单,其中包含可能会被视为节假日的日期。Google 地图和 Google 搜索会提醒用户,商家的营业时间在这些日期可能会有所变化。您可以设置特殊营业时间,以便客户了解您在这些日期的营业时间。
纬度和经度
如需设置营业地点,您可能需要向 Google 提供新营业地点所处的纬度和经度。该信息有助于在地图中定位相应地点。默认情况下,当您创建营业地点时,不用添加纬度和经度。只有当我们无法找到您的地址时,才需要使用纬度和经度。如果在对现有营业地点的后续更新调用中包含纬度和经度,则系统不会将这些信息考虑在内。
属性

Business owners who manage only a few locations\ndon't need to create a location group. However, if you manage a large number of locations, or you\ncurrently share your username and password with other users, we recommend that you transition to\nuse location groups as a safer way to work together. Read more on\n[location groups.](https://support.google.com/business/answer/6085326)\n\nAgencies and third parties\n--------------------------\n\nIf your client already has a Business Profile account, they can add your agency account as a\nmanager to their individual locations or to their location group. If they don't already have a\nBusiness Profile account, they can create one, and a location group if necessary, and then add\nyour agency as a manager.\n\nIf a third party's client needs access to Business Profile APIs, the third party shouldn't request access on\ntheir client's behalf. Instead, the client needs to apply for access themselves. A single project\nID is used for the client's entire application. Once a client invites you to an existing location\ngroup, you can access their account through your generated OAuth2.0 token.\n\nLocation tests and verification\n-------------------------------\n\nIf you own more than 10 locations of the same business, the locations must be\n[verified individually](/my-business/content/manage-verification) or through\n[bulk verification](https://support.google.com/business/answer/4490296).\n\nOnly one project per business can be granted access to the Business Profile APIs. You can set special hours to let customers know your\nhours of operation on those days.\n\n### Latitude and longitude\n\nTo set up your location, you might be required to provide Google with the latitude and longitude\nof new locations. This helps us place them on the map. When you create a location, don't include\nlatitude and longitude by default. We only use latitude and longitude when\nwe can't locate your address. If they're included in subsequent update calls for existing\nlocations, they won't be considered.\n\n### Attributes\n\nYou can use the Business Profile APIs to provide additional attributes about your business beyond the core business\ndetails for Business Profile.
